Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with different accesses and controversies regarding announced constitutional changes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The accent is on the critical analysis of proposed amendments to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that are intending to “push” in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as before every elections. The author warns of huge political consequences if the same proposal would be forced again to the new session of Parliament.
