Summary/Abstract: It is well known that computer crimes are becoming more and more common in the international landscape, and also in the national one. Internet services which supports, and proliferate adult and child pornography have alarmingly increased. In this context pornography has been arrogated to many definitions to establish the regulatory framework. In Romania, pornography through systems is provided in Law nr.191/2003, art.51. Unfortunately the investigators that deal with this kind of crimes face difficulties when accessing web pages, and also when examines the suspect computer. The article presents methods for detecting links which suspects used for downloading child pornography from the Internet, or to transfer files containing child pornography.
