Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses of various psychological aspects of controlling. It covers such topics as cultures and their impact on tasks related to controlling, the controllers’ personality and motivation. The paper is based on the theoretical study and empirical research which was conducted among controllers using the questionnaire method.
