Work in controlling and undertaken group roles. Analysis of empirical study

Summary/Abstract: On theoretical basis the paper justifies the importance of team role-taking as a crucial aspect of controller’s work. The analysis of group roles chosen by controllers was done. The controller’s group was compared with the group of people that are not related to controlling. It was analyzed how people who worked exceptionally intensively in controlling stood out against the background of the whole group of controllers.
