Summary/Abstract: Intercultural and comparative studies are becoming more and more important to the global business environment. Globalization has made intercultural communication an inevitable fact. The world today is subject to rapid change, the interaction between people acquire new dimensions. Contact and communication with other cultures are dominant features of modern life. To better understand what cross-cultural dimensions mean, we must take into account the important role of context (social, cultural and historical) relations in intra-and extra-cultural, multilateral relationship between culture and communication, the complexity and tensions involved in intercultural relations.
