Summary/Abstract: The enterprising represents a foregone conclusion of the individuals, as well as of the enterprise, assumed on both common material responsibilities, their goal being to receive a benefit. The enterpriser is the person who assumes itself the risk of the enterprising and searches ways to organize the enterprise. He must know the way the enterprising activity is being done, the environment where the practical issues happen, the problems to which a business man in his activity can confront with, but also the chances he has so that he can solve them. The enterpriser has to estimate at its real value the combination of circumstances that show up on market and to decide precisely.
