Summary/Abstract: In the new and everchanging social environment the acceptance of cultural changes in the multicultural and multilingual context, depend on three determining aspects: the stimulation of receptiveness by comparing the foreign, domestically unusual, different culture with the own, familiar culture, the recognition of different and multiple identities in the same geographical background and the implication and willingness of participation in an informal learning-and education process for a relativization of an accepted cultural life implies the aspects and the evaluation of the shared knowledge, and communication competences, that involve more than structures of interpersonal, intracultural communication.
