Overcoming Communication Difficulties in Business

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the aspect of communication in the field of business as well as in that of the day-by-day speaking, through verbal speech, listening and comprehending, by the different speech difficulties and obstacles that hinder the right and positive communication. The ways to overcome these difficulties are given through examples of speech exercises concentrating on the impact of the speech partner or the listener. The examples not only give a clue on the failures made in speech and therefore the impediments if correct understanding but also offers exercises and advice and methods to overcome the shown difficulties reflecting situations in which the speakers / partners of conversation face difficulties and overcome them in order to understand or to be understood.
