Summary/Abstract: One of the most important components of individual’s life, which may bring personal satisfaction, is the job. The economic environment in an accelerated dynamics causes the reduction of individual’s perception of what having job satisfaction means, in favor of the perception for having a job. Human ideals comply with reality very few times. In the specialized literature, the term “engaged” is used more and more often. Employee engagement does not mean you are happy, satisfied with your job; it is, in fact, the emotional commitment that someone has towards the company in which they work and its objectives (Kruse, 2011).
