Summary/Abstract: Over the recent couple of years, the phenomenon of product positioning established itself very well in Bulgarian TV broadcasting. What is it by definition? How is it applied by Bulgarian TV channels? What are the main problems it creates in the development of a script? How does a TV broadcaster of a certain film fit in with the scriptwriters–clients’ relationship? Finally, do TV series change in terms of their quality as a result of this relatively new to the realities of our life phenomenon?
