Social Stratification: Character and Way of Measurement

Summary/Abstract: The necessity of the whole concept reconstruction and emancipation of stratificational problematics in its authentical scientific forms in Bulgarian sociology today is based. The author proposes some work definitions and distinctions of the basic notions and processes in this field. The main methodological procedures and requirements are brought out in the creation of classification of social groups and strata. There is a proposal variant of reduction of the whole system of social statuses in stratificational context to their concrete empirical dimensions.
