Summary/Abstract: The paper, grounded in current educational thinking and research, involves a variety of multiple media and tries to highlight the importance of using hypermedia in order to better render its ambitions, namely: 1. to emphasize the value of the literary text as a medium for jurisprudential debate; 2. to signal the educative potential of law in literature; 3. to both educate lawyers, law teachers and students in the use of language and comments.
