Summary/Abstract: Between the 1965-1989, the province of Dobrogea demographic not known a constant value. In this sense can be identified a number of the causes of this instability in relation to demographic, which we refer in particular to economic and demographic reasons. The communist regime in Romania, based on the Stalinist model, sought closely monitor people's lives, including intimate, private, promoting a harmful and unrealistic demographic policy, repressive towards opponents. As in any totalitarian system, cancellation of traditional solidarities, community destruction meant for individual privacy in general confiscation of the family in particular. In parallel with the country's economic development plans, the regime has sought and obtained some positive results in population dynamics, focusing on „new man“ communist. But, unfortunately, means to monitor these indicators have been some extreme. Thus, we believe and we conclude that pro-natalitaty policy based on the outlawing of abortion, was one of the most drastic population policy adopted in the world, and that the female population affected Dobrogea.
