Summary/Abstract: As a consequence of the Second World War I, Romania has installed the communist regime and Dobrudja has known plenty of harmful effects of it, while remaining in history as “the first region collectivized” or “region which figure in the Soviet’s Plan of Valev”.Installing the government of dr. Petru Groza, on 6 March 1945, has allowed to the communists to adopt in Dobruja measures, ideologically inspired, meant to open the establishment of the communist regime regarding proves the economic recovery: establish industrial offices, the forced collection of cereals and in the end the collectivization of the Stalinist type.
