Summary/Abstract: The evaluation of the marketing tools used by insurance companies in the process of managing the relations with the clients is conditioned by various factors. Of crucial importance are here the training programmes for the insurance workers and agents as far as the quality of dealing with the customers is concerned. It is mainly achieved by constant learning of better communication with the client/insured. Convincing the management of the need of organizing the informative and debating meetings devoted to the rules of appropriate shaping of the relations with clients also influences more successful and effective engaging in the process on the side of the workers and insurance agents. Motivational systems geared towards the results of the group rather than the individual employees are not of importance too.
