Selected statistical values in decision-making when selecting private health insurance

Summary/Abstract: The discussion about the place and the role of private health insurance in the health care financing system in Poland has been taking place for many years. In this paper we present the role of health care inflation rate and the dynamics of direct household expenditure on health care in the context of the decision-making when selscting additional non obligatory health insurances.
