Selected method of estimating the risk of health accounts

Summary/Abstract: Risk is an inherent element of many design processes, that is the processes that lead human activity from the initial state − the problem to solve, which in the article is health care expenditure, to a final state − the desired result, which in this article is the needs related to health care. Therefore, a decision-making process requires risk analysis. In this article we use entropy for the assessment of uncertainty and the analysis of health accounts.
