Summary/Abstract: A key element of the study was to determine the factors that are identifiers for the consumer quality of drinking milk. Consequently, based on the outcomes of the survey it can be stated that the consumers assess the quality of dairy products through their sensory attractiveness and freshness perceived as a shelf life. At the same time, these indicators are first to be taken into consideration while buying a particular product. Nevertheless, quality attributes indicated by the consumers do not coincide with milk products features connected with typically technological parameters.
