Political Leader. Type and Personality

Summary/Abstract: During the confruntation and the political offer, the main actors (parties, elites and political class) bring out programs and leaders. More then once the personalities of the latter determine the way the political fight ends. The article analyzes the main approaches of the political leaders, regarding the standards of personality, the qualities required for leadership, factors that influence the creation of leaders, the existing or possible types.
