The concept of project budgetingon the example of construction company

Summary/Abstract: The activities of construction companies are determined by a number of industry- specific factors, among which the nature of their actions is the most important. Construction orders may be treated as separate projects and their proper management ensures the realization of the company and customers interests. A crucial instrument of project management is budgeting which has key-influence on the consolidation of particular stages of that process, taking into account its basic parameters: scope, time, cost and quality. The aim of the article is to present the concept of project budgeting in a construction company as an instrument of project management.
