Dysfunctional phenomena in project budgeting

Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article is to present in the traditional approach to project management, particular dysfunctional phenomena in project budgeting. Moreover, the author adopted the hypothesis that dysfunctional phenomena in project budgeting appear in every phase of its life cycle. The article’s practical feature causes that considerations were based on empirical and didactic experiences. The following research methods were used while developing the article: induction and deduction. The considerations undertaken in the article enabled the author to positively verify the adopted hypothesis and achieve the main objective.
