Virtuous Upbringing of Pupils During After School Activities

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes organizational possibilities of after school activities in strengthening virtuous upbringing of pupils. Analysis of psychological pedagogical literature, results of scientific research and continuous observation of practical after school activity shows that after school activities forms conditions for unclosing of virtuous self-expression of pupils, for accumulation of positive virtuous, cultural and social experience developing ethical and esthetical relationship with environment, society, cultural and spiritual valuables. Tendencies mentioned enables pupils to become conscious and creative successor of nations' culture, customs and traditions. Research data showed that the main indicators of after school activity effectiveness should be positive changes of pupils' consciousness, feelings, behavior that affects pupils' attitude towards the activity and its results, towards themselves, other people, and society.
