SOME ASPECTS ON THE REPORTS BETWEEN THE PRESIDENT AND THE PARLIAMENT ROMANIA AND FRANCE

Summary/Abstract: The motivation of the chosen theme in this paper is related to the relevance of this subject to France, but especially Romania, where the negative consequences that reached the Romanian society were determined by the constant degradation of relationship between President - Parliament between President - Government between President - courts. In this sense, those caused by the political crisis that itself is due to lack of proper relationship between the Romanian state authorities have emphasized the difference between reality and the constitutional regulation. In this presentation it also analyzes various aspects to periods of political cohabitation in France, when there were some tense moments between the head of state and parliament.
