Computer Anxiety of Lithuanian Students of Humanitarian and Social Specialities

Summary/Abstract: Students of several universities and colleges participated in survey in years 2004-2005. Questionnaire of this survey was composed using survey, presented by A.C. Raub [12]. Many later surveys use the same questionnaire. The aims of the survey: to discover the crux of computer anxiety, to compare computer anxiety between universities and colleges, man and woman, different groups of specialities, to compare results with analogous surveys from other countries. Similar surveys were running in many countries from as early as 1973 year. This report reviews instruments and results of analogous surveys from other countries, presents and analyzes results of the survey in Lithuanian colleges and universities.
