Summary/Abstract: The level of work ethics among General Practitioners (GP) in Bulgaria is about the average. Bioethics teaching is incorporated into the specialization program. Even the highly developed programs in medical ethics in the Faculty of Public Health in Plovdiv, there are room for improvement and strengthening. The individual thematic units are designed by reporting of the versatile features in the activity of the physicians in primary care practice and are consistent with the basic educational requirements during the learning process. The ethical dilemmas in the adduced cases result mainly from the personal clinical experience, they aim to provoke adequate bioethical decisions within specialists in general medicine. Educational objectives: • Awareness of normative dimensions • Moral sensitivity • Good conduct • Identification of moral issues • Knowledge / information • Understanding / explaining • Justification /argumentation
