Cooperation for the development of marine tourism in Pomeranian Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this article is the analysis of directions and scope of the cooperation realized by various environments for the development of marine tourism in Pomeranian Voivodeship. The research used a method of survey connected with a standardized interview and applied a method of critical analysis, a comparative analysis and a desk research method of the available Polish and foreign literature, law regulations and reports. There were also presented the engagement of various groups of interest in the development of marine tourism. Moreover, there were showed the results of the research conducted among institutions, organizations and entrepreneurs involved in the marine industry and marine tourism in Pomeranian Voivodeship. The value added of the article is pointing at possible directions for development and making the SWOT analysis regarding activities for the development of marine tourism in Pomeranian Voivodeship.
