Summary/Abstract: In the information society the information management, her quality and the speed of the flow are fundamental factors of the competitiveness. In the hotel activity one of most important elements related to sales of services is the proper location. One of manners of the assertion to the customer of the possibility of the use from hotel (mainly hostel and gastronomic) services is the possibility of making them the reservation. The reservation of hotel services requires from the enterprise of the hotel use of the suitable system of the identification of customers
