Determinants of performance measurement at the level of processes in a company

Summary/Abstract: The aim of article is to present the essence of performance measurement realized in an enterprise at the process level and to identify characteristics of this measurement with the variables that determine the performance of processes. The first part of the paper presents the essence of performance measurement and the role to focus on the processes in the enterprise. Next part indicates the basic factors associated with the performance measurement of processes and variables that impact its value. The last part presents the importance of performance measurement of processes in the company.
