Economic efficiency of building the roads for the residential areas in the local spatial management plans

Summary/Abstract: Spatial planning in municipalities is often made without reliable economic calculation. The financial forecasts which are prepared for local spatial development plans are inappropriate and there are too much latitude in making their description. The main problem is that there is not any universal computational model which will include: building scattering and its growth rate, among others because of the lack uniform, universal calculation model. Housing development is accompanied by the formation of road infrastructure which already has such economic calculations. Close links between the increase in building and road infrastructure will allow to cooperate much better in economic terms.
