Summary/Abstract: Subject of the article been done reflections on the legal consequences associated with the decision of the General Director of Environmental Protection, under which killed six puppies coming from the compound male wolf and female dog. To illustrate the problem at the beginning of this decision are quoted in extenso. Based on this decision, as well as its justification identified several problems, both substantive and procedural. A big part of the discussion was devoted to trying to determine whether the “hybrid” a wolf and a dog in the meaning of the Act is a wolf or a dog. The answer to this question depends on the possibility of implementation of such decision. The decision is questionable, both with regard to its legality and ethical objections. Concluded in the text of comments inclined to think that in the name of noble order to protect the species, you can accept the killing of animals.
