The divorce procedure regulated by the New Code of Civil Procedure

Summary/Abstract: In this study we have analyzed the divorce procedure according to the New Code of Criminal Procedure that has recently entered into force. Some procedural rules were changed by the New Code of Criminal Procedure because the former one regulated several forms of divorce. Our endeavour analyzes the judicial divorce procedure making the most of the recent practice and signals some procedural texts that generate different interpretations. We also mention that in this analysis the most recent studies and monographies published in this area were turned to good account.
