Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the categories of crimes in which bailiffs have been definitively convicted and excluded from the profession since the entry into force of Law no. 188/2000 on bailiffs. Our approach refers exclusively to situations in which bailiffs have been definitively convicted, as a result of which their capacity as bailiff has ceased according to the provisions of art. 23 par. (1).
