The conditions for development of enterprises implementing housing projects in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the external conditions of development of companies implementing housing projects in Poland due to their function in the proximal and distal environment. From the considerations contained in the paper it may be inferred that the external conditions for the development industry will evolve in the direction of greater protection of purchasers, pro environmental solutions of implemented investments, support of young families by the state and, due to the population decline, increasing competition and increased requirements from buyers about the quality of flats
