Summary/Abstract: This paper explores the dimensions pertaining to drama classes and theatre aiming at other professionals than actors, in general and the world of business and its students, in particular. Thus, we will overview the latest developments in the field, focusing on the business environment and the students of economics we have been working with for several years. Without any pretenses of exhausting the topic, we will tackle the international and national aspects of theatre and the implementation of its techniques in teaching. For this purpose, we will bring into play two excerpts from Shakespeare’s plays, namely Mark Anthony’s speech in Julius Caesar and King Henry’s in Henry V or the persuasion speech and the motivational speech, respectively as recorded by literature (cf. Powell, 2010) for acquiring presentation and public speaking skills.
