Summary/Abstract: The level of non-hydrocarbon exports perfectly illustrates the lack of competitiveness of the Algerian economy. The Algerian company fails to conquer the foreign market, but even more, it loses each day a little more its domestic market share. We will try through this paper to show that the Algerian rentier economy remains and thus dependent on oil prices. We also exposed the obstacles that are a hindrance to the Algerian exports. We conclude our work by the challenges and issues faced in the national economy.
