Development of small and medium-sized enterprises during the implementation of cohesion policy in 2007-2013

Summary/Abstract: Reinforcing factors of competitiveness of the Polish economy at national and regional level, cohesion policy in 2007-2013 aimed at improving the socio-economic and business conditions. The implementation of this objective was possible, among others, by paying particular attention to the role and importance of SMEs in achieving economic growth and employment and improving the competitiveness of the Polish economy. The aim of the study is to assess the development of SMEs in Poland, as an effect of the support of the cohesion policy in 2007-2013.
