The potential of the housing market in Poland in the years of economic recessions

Summary/Abstract: The article introduced the clasification method to the estimation of the Polish housing market, which was described by the determinants of property market development. The author used demographic, economic, supply and instrumental variable as well as the synthetic measure of the development to the classification of voivodeships according to the solid norm for three years 2010-2012. The Author used the similarity indicators to the evaluation of grouping process in time. The obtained results let predict investment areas, areas deviating from the norm which demand stimulations on the part of of local administration.
