Summary/Abstract: Using internet-based information sources in process of making a purchase decision is a steadily rising trend among consumers. Different information sources are used with different frequency, often depending of type of the product and stage of the decision process. A crucial part of the information search is the quality and accessibility of the internet sources. Based on original research concerning internet-based information sources in customer purchasing decisions, author shows most common complications that may occur when consumer is using internet-based information sources, along with potential changes and improvements in the area.
