Summary/Abstract: The internationalization of business is today an inherent feature of many organizations, also Polish ones. These activities are facilitated by the fact that legal, political, economic or technological circumstances that occur in environment stimulate them. Observing the economic reality one can therefore conclude that the internationalization of firms as a process is not reversible, but in the future may gain on its dynamics. In the context of the changes that are taking place in the global economy, it should be assumed that an interest in IHRM of both researchers and practitioners will increase due to the fact of its strategic significance for the process of obtaining and maintaining competitive advantage. Performance management in an international perspective is of one of the most critical areas of IHRM, and because of it the purpose of this article is to diagnose and evaluate the solutions in this area used by Polish companies that internationalized their market activities. A preliminary analysis shows that the analyzed organizations use advanced solutions, that is in comparison to those found in the literature.
