Assessing the effectiveness of various forms of group working – research assumptions

Summary/Abstract: The main assumption of the following publication is the presentation of reaserch concepts in the area of effectiveness assessment of chosen forms of group work in organizations. Research assumptions were developed on the base of contemporary literature analysis placed on the authors’ conception of diversifying forms of group work as well as praxeological reaserch methodology. The article was based on literature analysis and project design method in terms of formulating the fundamental assumptions of future research. The classification of group work forms together with indications to the procedural references was the cognitive crucial element of the following reasech. The authors also pointed at crucial determinants influencing the cooperation effectiveness of this form. In the article the main assumptions concerning evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of group work forms as well as a need of empirical examinations in this scientific area were deduced.
