Competence management audit on the example of chosen organization

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to issues of crucial competence in contemporary organizations, in which the latest model of the leadership is formed, the values are exposed, as well as team culture is developed. This situation affects the change of behaviours of the management. Managers are more interested in own social competence development process. A managerial audit is one of the most important instruments of employees competence evaluation. The main goal of following publication is describing the example of Management Audit concept procedures used in Fresh Logistics company − Raben Group. Important literature studies were a base of publication project works, as well as experience of authors from Management Audit implementation based on company strategy in international Raben Group organization. Presented proposals can be helpful in improving procedures of organizations of human resource management processes.
