Summary/Abstract: Improving group work in various forms has constituted a strategic dimension of “learning organization” for the last few years. Interpersonal communication gains the unique meaning. Experience obtained in group work implementation in production companies indicates that without strong interpersonal communication development in open communication these companies are not able to achieve high effectiveness of cooperation. Open communication is a process of employees’ ability development to increase tolerance, acceptance and adaptation to others. Organization development and improving its efficiency will be the result. The authors indicate exact tools that allow to develop open communication and make it easier. The significance of open communication in an organization is the main aim of the following article.
