Summary/Abstract: The objective of the present paper is to assess the degree of implementation of diversity management at enterprises and the resultant benefits. It describes different forms of definitions of diversity management, as well as opinions on benefits it brings. It also presents the results of quantitative-qualitative questionnaire research held in 2014 on a sample of 248 representatives of enterprises from Lower Silesia. It revealed that diversity management was implemented in the studied enterprises to a small extent, even though their employees perceived it as needed, and also that the implementation of this management concept brought multiple benefits.
