Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of diversity management in teams with particular emphasis on gender diversity. The authors presented the results of research carried out in a group of postgraduate students of human resource management. The aim of this study is to evaluate how the gender diversity management in teams is perceived by persons related to the HR management. Additionally the level of utilization of gender diversified teams in organizations was analyzed. The results indicate that respondents recognize the value as well as the limitations of gender diversity in teams. However, this kind of diversity management is not a strong point in organizations and requires the implementation of a modern model of utilization of gender diversified teams. An example of such a model was proposed.
