FAILURES IN INTELLIGENCE AND THEIR COMBAT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EXISTING NETWORK SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: Information stays at the base of any decision, so it also bases the decision in the field of security, on all the spectrum of actions in the national security field. Thus, the Intelligence Services have an obligation to continuously improve themselves, sistemically, as well as in terms of methods and instruments used, in order to provide the information required, in a complete and appropriate status. The article deals with the manner in which Intelligence Services relates to the challenges of the transforming society by reform and to the principles governing this process.
