Summary/Abstract: The fast evolution of the contemporary society, viewed in all its dimensions, along with the globalization phenomena and the dynamics of IT&C and of communications had an impact on the global, regional, and national security. Considering that intelligence represents a basic component of national security, the necessity for the continuous transformation of structure and specific activity of new society vectors becomes a normal element.
