Summary/Abstract: Successful investing in the capital market requires the constant analysis of different types of information, which inflow to this market. For individual investors, who treat the stock exchange as an additional protection of their capital and / or its possible multiplication, individual acquisition of information, analysis and drawing correct conclusions could pose big problems, both for reasons of time, and required in this field professional preparation. The solution in this regard may be basing their investment strategies on recommendations prepared and published by the financial institutions, especially that from the moment of their preparation and presentation to their own customers it takes from one to two weeks to present it to the general public. Financial institutions treat publication of recommendations as advertising of their businesses and the effectiveness of such advertising depends on the quality of the prepared recommendations
