Summary/Abstract: The key areas of application of standards in the supply chain are the acquisition and exchange of information and the movement of products. Agreeing common areas of cooperation makes it necessary to adjust the supply chain partners. In the article, these issues are dealt with on the basis of the institutional theory, which pays particular attention to the phenomenon of isomorphism. It is defined as the rapport between relations, one of which represents the other. The purpose of the paper is to identify the existence of an isomorphic mechanism in the supply chains within the implementation of logistical standards by partners and in relation to the frequency of their cooperation. The research model has been developed based on literature research. The hypotheses were verified in a quantitative survey on the population of manufacturing companies. The research shows the polarization in the implementation of logistics standards in cooperation with partners in the supply chain. At the same time, they prefer continuous cooperation with partners in the supply chain (about 75%). Research shows that the increase in the frequency of cooperation between companies in the supply chains positively influences the use of logistics standards.
