The risk as a determinant of human and organization activity. Theoretical approach

Summary/Abstract: Organizations of all types (also enterprises) face internal and external factors that make it uncertain whether and when they will achieve their objectives. The effect this uncertainty has on enterprise's objectives is risk. Human activity and the activity of the company involve risks, because the state of full security is impossible to achieve. Organizations manage risk by identifying it, analyzing it and monitoring preferably by the use of international risk management standards.
