Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is to illustrate the determinants involved in building a conceptual model insurance product based on the concept of CRS. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a subject of many studies and analyses, in this article it is related to the insurance business. The author summarizes the relevant literature and proposes the model of social responsibility insurance product (SRIP) as an approach to improve the understanding innovation by interactions with the key stakeholders, especially with customers of insurance services.
